    【摘要】剖宫产是切开产妇的腹壁及子宫壁取出胎儿及附属物的方法，近年来剖宫产率在不断上升，围产儿死亡率明显降低。然而剖宫产毕竟是较大的手术，易发生并发症，威胁母婴的生命安全，因此，护理显得非常重要，而术后护理是减少并发症，降低护患纠纷尤为重要的一环。
