    【摘要】目的：改进老年人慢性硬膜下血肿围手术期的治疗方法，以减少其并发症，提高疗效。方法：58例慢性硬膜下血肿患者均行钻孔外引流术，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组术后使用参附注射液50ml，QD静滴，共7天；对照组仅采用常规的补液及预防感染等治疗。结果：发现实验组与对照组在术后的并发症方面存在显著差异。结论：老年人慢性硬膜下血肿采用中西医结合治疗能提高疗效、减少并发症。

    【Abstract】Objective：To improve the therapy in chronic subdural hematoma in the elder in order to decreasecomplications and enhance therapeutic effect.

    methods：58 cases operated by drilling holes and educing hematoma were divided into 2 groups . After operation， ShenFu injection were applied only in the experiment group.Result：There is distinct difference between the 2 groupsincomplications andtherapeutic effect.Conclusion：It can decrease the complications to improvetherapeutic effectwith Treatmentof IntegratedTCM andWM for perioperative Chronic Subdural Hematoma in the Elder. ......
