踝关节骨折的临床探讨及分析
【中图分类号】R274.12【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0015-01【摘要】我院2004年～2007年间手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位共62例，经12～18个月随访，踝关节功能完全恢复者7例，占11.2%，良好率为95.1%，3例复位不好者均有不同程度的负重时疼痛和轻微不稳定，X光片可见不同程度的创伤性关节炎表现，占4.8%。
