探讨喹诺酮类药物的不良反应及药物间的相关作用
【中图分类号】R917【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0141-02【摘要】喹诺酮类是人工合成的含4-喹诺酮基结构，对DNA螺旋酶具有选择性抑制作用的抗菌药物。此类药物广泛用于泌尿生殖系统疾病、胃肠疾病、呼吸道以及皮肤组织的革兰阴性细菌感染的治疗。目前临床常用喹诺酮基本结构上连有氟原子的衍生物，其使用过程中出现的不良反应以及其他诸多问题时有发生和屡见报道。本文就不良反应、药物相互作用、用药注意等阐述喹诺酮类药物的使用注意事项，供临床参考使用。
