    【摘要】目的：对输尿管结石患者及时采用超声诊断的价值。方法：采用患者腹绞痛发作时急诊超声检查，常规断面超声加压检查结合特殊体位检查法。结果：103例输尿管结石均经彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)和体外碎石确诊，超声诊断符合率90.3%(93/103)。结论：选择超声检查时机对输尿管结石超声诊断，具有很高的临床应用价值。
