超声诊断异位妊娠的临床表现
【中图分类号】R714.22【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0153-02【摘要】异位妊娠,俗称宫外孕,是妇科常见的急腹症之一。占妊娠总数的0.5%～1%。它危及孕妇的生命,近年来尚有增加趋势。 利用彩超对盆腔脏器的动态观察,结合临床表现,停经史及血、尿HCG的测定可作出明确的诊断,临床实践证明,彩超在妇产科急腹症中占有重要地位。早期诊断可避免由于异位妊娠导致的内出血而危及患者的生命。
