卡介苗接种导致结核性脓肿1例
【中图分类号】R186+.2【文献标识码】D【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0160-01【摘要】卡介苗接种是用人工方法使未感染机体产生1次轻微的没有危险的感染，机体可自动产生特异性免疫力，以限制以后结核菌感染,从而减少结核病。BCG虽然是最安全的疫苗之一，但由于使用不当和个体差异因素，在产生免疫反应的同时会出现不良反应。本例即为接种局部变态反应，又名局部超敏反应。结核性脓肿是BCG接种不良反应中原因复杂、症状较重、表现多样的一类反应，临床上应认真对待，积极处理。
