药房管理的几点体会
【中图分类号】R954【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0179-02【摘要】医院药房是集管理、技术、经营三位一体的综合性科室，是医院的重要组成部分，作为药品分销的主体，其管理质量的好坏直接关系到用药安全、有效，防范医患纠纷，提高医院的治愈率及医院的社会效益和经济效益。加强药房管理至关重要。现就我院药房工作谈几点体会。

Strengthens the pharmacy to manage very important. Presently discusses several experiences on my courtyard pharmacy work.
