消化性溃疡的护理
【中图分类号】R473.5【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0092-01【摘要】消化性溃疡是临床上一种常见病、多发病。因其复发率高而迁延不愈，Marshell等人1982年发现幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)以来，经过二十余年的研究，现已证实HP是消化性溃疡发生和复发的关键因素。我科自2005年1月～2006年10月共收治消化性溃疡患者687例。在内科治疗中强调彻底根除HP，以服药指导、消毒、心理护理、健康教育等为指导思想的新的临床护理方式取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】The digestion ulcer is on the clinical one kind of common disease, the frequently-occurring disease. Because it recurring rate high procrastinates does not recover, person and so on Marshell in 1982 since discovered the pylorus spiral bacillus (HP), has passed through more than 20 years research, already confirmed HP was the key aspect which the digestion ulcer occurs and recurs. My branch~in October, 2006 altogether admits the digestion ulcer patient 687 examples from January, 2005. Treats in the internal medicine department emphasized thoroughly eradicates HP, take took medicine the instruction, the disinfection, the psychology nurses, the health education and so on is new clinically as the guiding ideology nurses the way to obtain the good effect. ......
