    【摘要】子宫出血包括了无器质性的功能性子宫出血，也包括了月经期的不正常出血以及经期以外的子宫出血，如放置节育环的出血，子宫肌瘤引起的出血等，祖国医学谓之“崩漏”，轻者称为“漏下”，重者谓之“崩中”。崩漏是妇科常见病也是疑难症。我科自2005年6月起至今，自行拟定归藤汤为基本药方，共治疗158例各种类型子宫出血的病人，取得了满意疗效。
