    【摘要】目的：观察益气健脾、化痰止咳类中药配伍治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法：采用益气健脾化痰方(党参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草、半夏、陈皮、葶蓠子、远志、菖蒲、厚朴、木香、黄芩、桔根等)治疗本病78例。并设对照组对比。结果：治疗组总有效率93.6%，对照组有效68.4%。提示：本方法对本病有益气健脾，化痰止咳的功效。
