    【摘要】目的:探讨近年来高剖宫产率。分析剖宫产各项指征的合理性，比较剖宫产与自然分娩者产后并发症和异常情况。寻找降低剖宫产的对策以及评估剖宫产术后安全性。方法：对市医院.妇婴医院。2002年1月到2007年12月间。剖宫产和自然分娩的病例资料进行分析。结果：近5年平均剖宫产率58%。剖宫产术后2年内的并发症均高于自然分娩者。结论：高剖宫产率的原因与医患双方有关。为保护妇女的身心健康，必须正确掌握剖宫产指征。
