    【摘要】秋季腹泻是婴幼儿秋冬季最常见的疾病，主要表现为发热、水样腹泻、恶心、呕吐、腹痛。病原菌为轮状病毒。笔者结合工作经验提出更昔洛韦、山莨菪碱治疗组与病毒唑对照组差异有显著性，具有一定借鉴意义。
