    【摘要】自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)多与自身免疫反应相关，以高丙球蛋白血症，血清中出现循环自身抗体，表现为慢性活动性肝炎的一种自身免疫性疾病。为了建立自身免疫性肝炎特异性实验室诊断指标，探讨其发病机制，便于临床选择合理用药治疗，我们对20例自身免疫性肝炎和30例正常对照组进行相关生化及各种自身抗体检测。
