    【摘要】由于妊娠使妇女机体各系统发生异常的变化，如果不注意妊娠阶段护理，不仅给分娩后的产妇造成诸多不便，而且可影响孕期妇女的身心健康。我院从2005年以来对全市几千例孕妇进行系统管理，对妊娠各期进行监护及指导，从中得到了一些护理经验。

    【Abstract】Pregnant women because of the system in the body of abnormal changes, if the stages of pregnancy care and attention, not only to mothers after delivery of a lot of inconvenience, but also affect the physical and mental health of pregnant women. I am from the hospital in the city since 2005 thousands of cases of pregnant women systems management, the various phases of pregnancy care and guidance, get a number of nursing experience.
