    【摘要】医院服务文化是现代化医院管理的重要内容,它是医院在为人类提供医疗保健服务的实践过程中所创造的全部物态服务文化和意态服务文化的总和。护理服务文化是其重要的一部分,即重视病人住院期间的各项要求,了解病人对现有医院护理现状及制度的认可程度提高护理服务品质。
