    【摘要】本文通过对20位晚期恶性肿瘤病人的临终关怀人文护理，在接受人文护理前后通过生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)进行测量，体会到人文护理模式对临终病人生活质量的改善有很大的意义，较之一般的常规护理模式，能够较大程度的提高病人的生活质量。临终关怀的本质是对无望救治病人的临终照护，它不以延长临终病人生存时间为目的，而是以提高病人临终生命质量为宗旨。本文认为对晚期恶性肿瘤病人进行人文护理，给予病人全面的关怀和照护，强调对临终病人的生活质量的提高有重大的意义。
