    【摘要】目前，我国计划生育工作正在积极围绕避孕节育服务，出生缺陷干预、生殖道感染干预等项工作，坚持以人为本，以人的全面发展为中心，开展计划生育优质服务。新形势同时也赋予计划生育护理人员新的使命和责任，护理人员只有通过努力学习和实践，才能不断提高自身素质，迎接新的挑战，在计划生育优质服务工作中发挥应有的作用。

    【Abstract】At present, China is actively working on family planning contraceptive birth control services, intervention in birth defects, reproductive tract infections interventionwork, adhere to the people-oriented, all-round human development as the central task, carry out family planning services. The new situation and also give family planning nurses new mission and responsibility, nursing staff only through the efforts of study and practice, can we constantly improve their own quality, meet the new challenges, working in family planning services play its due role.
