自凝刀微创治疗子宫肌瘤98例分析
【中图分类号】R737.33 【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)03-0030-01【摘要】目的：探讨经阴道自凝刀微创治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：总结分析我院98例接受自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤的患者的临床疗效。其中肌壁间肌瘤63例，浆膜下肌瘤11例，黏膜下肌瘤19例，宫颈肌瘤5例。结果：术后1、3、6月进行随访，总有效率达93.88%，其中黏膜下肌瘤及宫颈肌瘤达100%。结论：自凝刀微创治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切，操作简便，易被患者接受，具有临床推广价值。
