    【摘要】求真、行善、博爱是人文精神的最高境界,是医疗工作者行医活动的准则及目标。眼科工作者也在不断努力使人文精神贯穿于工作中,探求真理,“以人为本”,结合患者的实际情况,做出最适当的诊疗方案。个体化、最优化地服务于患者，有利于医疗资源的合理利用及医患关系的融洽。

    【Abstract】 Asks really, to do good deeds, the universal love, is the humanities spirit highest boundary, is the medical worker practices medicine the active criterion and the goal. The ophthalmology department workers also in unceasingly diligently cause the humanities spirit to pass through in the work, seeks truth, “humanist”, unifies patient’s actual situation, makes suitably diagnoses and treats the plan. The individual, the optimization serve the patient. Is advantageous to the medical resources reasonable use and the medical trouble relations harmony.
