    【摘要】目的：了解长沙市集体儿童的健康状况及变化趋势，为预防和干预儿童常见疾病提供参考。方法：对

    2003年和2006年长沙市卫生保健市级示范性幼儿园儿童定期体检资料进行分析。结果：儿童的体重年增长合格率及身高年增长合格率呈上升趋势；中、重度营养不良患病率呈下降趋势；肥胖症的患病率呈上升趋势；贫血的患病率呈下降趋势；龋病患病率呈下降趋势；视力不良患病率呈下降趋势。结论：儿童营养不良减少，肥胖明显增加，托幼园所要将肥胖的干预作为儿童保健管理的工作重点。
