    【摘要】目的:评价高血压患者在自我监测治疗，和社区跟踪治疗两组治疗方案，并找出最适合高血压患者的治疗方案。方法:通过对辽宁省沈阳市沈河区风雨坛社区居民的社区筛查，找出高血压新发病例，并出现高血压时无任何其他并发症和合并症。使其分别接受自我监测治疗，和社区跟踪治疗两种治疗方式，并对所有患者在一年，两年，三年，四年进行跟踪回访。并对其治疗结果进行统计学分析。结论:2种方法在高血压得治疗和延缓并发症和合并症上均有疗效，但在能有效延缓并发症和合并症的治疗方式上推荐社区跟踪治疗。

And carries on statistics analysis to its treatment result. Conclusion: 2 methods treat and delay the illness complication at the hypertension and in the merge sickness have the curative effect, but in can effectively delay the illness complication and in the merge sickness treatment way recommends the community to track the treatment. ......
