    【摘要】企业医院在日益竞争激烈的今天，如何实现科学发展，真正落实科学发展观，需要脚踏实地，也需要有一个科学合理的发展战略。于2005年末进一步整合的大庆油田总医院集团以打造优势为立足点，构筑了整体发展态势。具体作法是科学制定长远战略，打造发展优势；提升医技队伍实力，打造专业优势；提供特色人文关心，打造服务优势；建立先进经营机制，打造管理优势；提升文化创新能力，打造品牌优势。目前，这一作法已有了量和质的变化，这一做法供同行借鉴。

    【Abstract】Enterprises hospital in the increasingly fierce competition today, how to achieve scientific development, and truly implement the scientific concept of development, needs down-to-earth, but also the need for a scientific and rational development strategies. At the end of 2005 the further integration of the Daqing Oilfield General Hospital Group to create advantages for the footing and build the overall development situation. Specific approach is scientifically formulate long-term strategy to create development advantages of upgrading medical technology team strength and create professional edge features to provide humane care and create service advantages; establish an advanced management mechanism, building management advantages of upgrading cultural innovation capability, build brand.
