    【摘要】目的:分析老年人消化性溃疡的临床特点。方法：通过将我院2005年1月~2007年12月确诊的165例消化性溃疡患者分为老年组与中青年组，对两组病人的临床资料进行分析比较。结果:老年组消化性溃疡与中青年组相比具有症状不典型,腹痛少,出血率高,溃疡面积大,伴随疾病多的特点。结论:应加强对老年人消化性溃疡的临床特点的认识，及早诊断治疗，改善预后。

    【Abstract】 Objective: Analyzes the senior citizen digestion ulcer the clinical characteristic. The method through from January, 2005 165 examples digestions ulcer patient which diagnoses to December, 2007 divides into my courtyard the old age group and the Chinese youth group, carries on the analysis to two groups of patients’ clinical materials to compare. Result: The old age group digestion ulcer and the Chinese youth group compare has the symptom not to be atypical, abdominal pain few, hemorrhage rate high, the ulcer area is big, follows disease many characteristics. Conclusion: Should strengthen to the senior citizen digestion ulcer clinical characteristic understanding, early diagnoses the treatment, after improves. ......
