    【摘要】目的：探讨乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死发生的原因以及防治措施。方法：回顾分析了1998年7月~2001年10月间，我院乳腺癌手术病人136例。结果：136例乳腺癌手术病人中，29例发生皮瓣坏死，在薄皮瓣组的坏死发生率高于厚皮瓣组。在厚皮瓣组中，高张力皮瓣坏死率明显高于低张力皮瓣。结论：合理的设计和选择切口、恰当的游离皮瓣、适度的皮瓣张力、防止皮下积液是预防乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死并发症的重要方法。
