    【摘要】目的：探讨不良孕产史与染色体异常之间的关系。方法：我们对639对不良孕产史夫妇进行了外周血染色体核型分析。结果：发现79例异常核型，常染色体异常中女性27例，男性6例；性染色体异常46 例男性45例，女性1例。异常检出为率6.18%。结论：说明染色体异常是导致不良孕产史的重要原因，对不良孕产史夫妇进行染色体核型分析十分必要，有利于提高中华民族的遗传素质。
