    【摘要】目的:探讨踝关节骨折合并脱位的手术治疗。方法:以本院自2006年1月~2007年12月共收治此类病人并手术治疗46例，经手术切开复位，钢板、螺丝钉、张力带钢丝内固定。结果：经随访，优32例(69.6%)，良10例(21.8%)，差4例(8.6%)。优良率91.4%。除2例内踝骨折出现骨不愈合外，余病人均0.5～1年内骨折消失。结论:踝关节闭合性骨折脱位的手术内固定治疗，对恢复踝穴的正常解剖关系、踝关节的早期功能锻炼具有积极的意义，是手法复位、外固定治疗所不能比拟的。
