    【摘要】直肠前突为直肠前壁囊袋状向前突出，是女性常见病，直肠前壁由直肠阴道隔支持，该隔主要由骨盆内筋膜组成，内有耻骨直肠的中线交叉纤维组织及会阴体。本文就直肠前突的临床诊治体会进行探讨。
