    【摘要】本文应用盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合氯烯雌醚滴丸治疗寻常痤疮，具有较好的协同作用，抗炎，抗雄激素，亲脂均较好，疗效较好。因而提高了治疗效果。西咪替丁抗雄激素比氯烯雌醚弱，从本文对照组治疗效果可看出，治疗组疗效确切，患者炎症皮损改善明显，临床发现少有患者复发。不良反映主要是胃肠道症状，患者反应能够耐受，且停药后消失，治疗组的治疗方案值得推荐。

    【Abstract】In this paper, minocycline hydrochloride capsules combined with en-estrogen pills ether treatment of acne vulgaris, has better synergy, anti-inflammatory, anti-androgen, the pro-fat are better and better efficacy. Thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect. Cimetidine anti-androgen than chlorine en-ether weak estrogen, the control group from this treatment can be seen, the precise effect of the treatment group, patients with inflammatory lesions improved significantly, rarely found in patients with clinical recurrence. Mainly reflecting adverse gastrointestinal symptoms, the patient response to tolerance, and disappeared after stopping the treatment group treatment is recommended. ......
