    【摘要】骨性关节炎是一种因关节软骨退行性变所引起的以骨质增生为主要表现的关节病变，是中老年人常见疾病。近年来，中医在治疗骨性关节炎方面取得了很大进展，治疗手段多样化，发现了许多有益的方药和治疗方法，在减轻症状、调整体质、延缓或消除病因等方面均有较好的疗效。

    【Abstract】Osteoarthritis is a result of articular cartilage degeneration caused by a bone hyperplasia as the main performance of the joint disease is common diseases in older persons. In recent years, Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis much progress has been made, treatment means of diversification and found that a lot of useful herbs and treatment methods, in reducing symptoms and physical adjustment, delay or eliminate the causes of such areas have good effect .
