【摘要】目的探讨两孔法微型腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的可行性。方法：回顾分析精索静脉曲张28例患者的临床资料。结果：28例手术均获成功，平均手术时间15min，平均住院2d，症状均改善或消失，无睾丸萎缩及术后复发。结论：两孔法微型腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术是一种安全有效的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the feasibility of treating varicocele by microlaparoscopy with two trocars.Methods：The clinical data of 28 cases with varicocele treated by laparoscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All operations were successful.The average operative time was 15min，the average hospitalization was 3 days.The results were satisfactory without testicular atrophy and recurrence.Conclusions：Microlaparoscopy with two trocars is safe and effective for treating varicocele.
