    【摘要】妊娠合并心脏病是孕产妇死亡的重要原因之一,主要死亡原因是心力衰竭与感染,妊娠.、分娩、及产褥期均可使心脏负担加重而诱发心力衰竭,随着风湿热诊疗的进步,心脏病手术的发展及剖宫产技术的应用,使妊娠合并心脏病救治的成功率提高,如果能及早识别孕产妇的心脏病和心力衰竭症候,预防和处理好心脏病孕妇的心力衰竭,有利于降低孕产妇及围产儿死亡率。
