【摘 要】小儿肺炎是儿科临床上的常见疾病，如果小儿上呼吸道感染治疗不彻底导致炎症向下呼吸道扩散就会引发此类疾病，目前文献调查显示小儿肺炎导致的患儿死亡数已经占总体的5%以上，在我国已经成为了婴幼儿死亡的主要原因之一。而且随着近年来抗生素的广泛应用，支原体和病毒感染成为了主要致病原，笔者就中国知网(cnki)中收录的相关此类疾病的治疗现状进行了总结。
