【摘 要】目的：应用负压引流术与外固定架相结合对合并患有严重软组织损伤的小腿骨折患者实施急诊治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：将我院收治的80例合并患有严重软组织损伤的小腿骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组40例。采用常规外科手术方案对对照组患者实施治疗；采用负压引流术与外固定架相结合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤病情治疗效果明显优于对照组；小腿功能恢复正常时间和治疗方案实施总时间明显短于对照组。结论：应用负压引流术与外固定架相结合对合并患有严重软组织损伤的小腿骨折患者实施急诊治疗的临床效果非常明显。
