【摘 要】目的：对影响护理人员护患沟通能力的因素进行研究分析。方法：选取我院不同科室的200名临床护士作为研究对象，采用“护患沟通能力调查问卷”对其护患沟通能力进行研究，分析调查影响因素。结果：工作年限不同、生育史患者的四个维度评分及沟通能力评分比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：工作年限、生育史等均可对护理人员护患沟通能力产生较大影响，临床可通过加强培训及教育等提高其沟通能力。
