【摘 要】目的：总结产后出血急救实施循证护理的临床体会。方法：我院从2013年5月到2014年6月直接接受并治疗了50名产后出血的产妇，将这50名产妇随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组产妇采用常规护理，观察组产妇采用循证护理，统计分析两组患者的整体治疗健康状况。结果：采用循证护理的观察组产妇的整体身体状况要明显好于采用常规护理的对照组产妇。结论：对产后出血急救实施循证护理能够有效地解决病症，保障产妇的安全。
