【摘 要】目的：分析研究心理护理对自然分娩初产妇产后抑郁与功能恢复的影响。方法：根据相关案例进行回顾性分析，某院将100例待产的初产妇随机平均分成了对照组与观察组，其中对照组采用的是常规护理；观察组采用的是心理护理。该院对两组产妇的产后抑郁情况进行了对比与分析。结果：观察组的总有效率要明显高于对照组。结论：给予初产妇心理护理，可使其产后抑郁得到有效减轻。
