【摘 要】目的：研究喉罩复合七氟烷在小儿手外伤麻醉的临床效果。方法：选取需全麻的小儿手外伤患者40例，ASA分级 I～II级，年龄为2～10岁。均行喉罩全麻。观察术前、术中、术后的血压、心率、血氧饱和度变化及是否满足手术需要。结果：喉罩复合七氟烷用于小儿手外伤麻醉效果好，患儿耐受性好。结论：喉罩复合七氟烷能很好的满足简单的小儿手外伤手术。
