【摘要】目的：探讨孕期保健对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的影响。方法：选择2010年3月至2011年6月在我院做孕期保健并住院分娩的36例妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇(无其他合并症)为观察组，同期来我院住院分娩而未做孕期保健的妊娠合并糖尿病(无其他合并症)的36例孕妇为对照组，分析孕期保健对妊娠期糖尿病的影响。结果：观察组母儿并发症：妊高征、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、难产、产后出血、巨大儿、早产、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息等发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：孕期保健有利于减少妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的并发症发生，改善新生儿预后，降低围产儿的死亡率。

    Abstract： Objective—To investigate the effect of prenatal care on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods—36 cases of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus (without other comorbidities) who came to our hospital for prenatal care and hospital delivery from March 2010 to June 2011 were selectedas the observation group. The control group included 36 cases of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus (without other comorbidities) who give birth without gestational diabetes health care in our hospital at the same time. Then analyze the effect of prenatal care on gestational diabetes mellitus. Results—The complications of mothers and infants happened in observation group were less than the control group. Conclusion—The prenatal care is beneficial to reduce complications of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus and improve the prognosis of their baby. ......
