摘要：目的： 评价精神护理在老年抑郁症患者康复过程中的临床效果。方法： 选取本院62例老年抑郁症患者随机分组，分别采用传统和精神护理的方式进行护理，观察临床恢复效果。结果： 相对对照组，观察组患者症状减轻程度明显(P<0.05)。结论： 相较于传统护理，精神护理能更有效的改善老年抑郁症患者的抑郁状况。

    Psychiatric care in elderly patients with depression in the application

    Abstract Objective: To evaluate psychiatric care in the rehabilitation process in elderly patients with depression. Methods: 62 cases of elderly hospital patients with depression were given respectively the traditional and psychiatric nursing care, clinical recovery was observed. Results: Symptoms in observation group was less significantly than control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared to traditional care, spiritual care can be more effective in improving depression in elderly patients with depression.
