后路内固定前路病灶清除植骨融合治疗腰椎结核的效果分析

     摘要：目的:探索应用后路内固定前路病灶凊除植骨融合术对于治疗腰椎结核的具体临床效果。方法：将我院收治的该类患者作为研究对象并进行分组治疗，实验组应用后路内固定前路病灶凊除植骨融合术进行治疗，对照组则应用前路内固定前路病灶凊除植骨融合术进行治疗。完成手术后，对比分析两组患者的感觉、运动以及Cobb角等具体清况。结果：在研究对象的感觉、运动以及Cobb角等方面，实验组治疗效果均显著优于对照组，切差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该方式疗效显著，患者感觉更好，运动性能更优，Cobb角更佳，可显著提升患者康复效果，具有极大的推广应用价值。
