摘要：阈下抑郁作为预测抑郁症的一种症状信号和抑郁症康复必经的过程，被人称为抑郁症的前驱期和残留症状，现已引发大众的广泛重视。文章分析了一位处于抑郁症预后期，存在部分抑郁残留症状大学生存在的主要心理问题，详细介绍了个人中心的疗法以及操作过程，具有一定的借鉴价值。

    Abstract: subthreshold depression as a process to predict a symptom of depression and depression recovery signals necessary, known as the prodromal stage of depression and the residual symptoms, has caused extensive attention of mass.
