摘要：目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症突出症术后的早期功能锻炼的临床效果。方法：将2004年至2007年31例腰椎间盘突出症患者，给予早期功能锻炼，随访6个月，记录患者的并发症及复发情况。结果：31例患者治疗结束后进行6个月随访发现，仅有1例患者由于重体力劳动，腰椎间盘突出症复发，其它患者恢复情况较好。结论：针对腰椎间盘突出症的术后治疗，给予早期功能锻炼，可降低患者的复发率，提高患者的生活质量。

    Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of early functional exercise disc herniation after lumbar operation.Methods: from 2004 to 2007, 31 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation, given the early function exercise, follow-up of 6 months, recording the complications and recurrence in patients with.Results: the end of the 31 patients were followed up for 6 months, only 1 patients due to the heavy manual labor, recurrent lumbar disc herniation, the other patients recovered well.Conclusion: the lumbar disc herniation after surgical treatment, early functional exercise, can reduce the relapse rate, improve the quality of life of patients.
