摘要：目的：探讨中西医结合治疗腱鞘囊肿的疗效。方法：用中医民间验方：芒硝、大蒜和西药654-2外涂治疗腱鞘囊肿。结果：治愈率达73.33%。结论：腱鞘囊肿发病率高，治疗方法较多，采用中西医保守治疗见效快，治愈率高，能避免手术之苦和术后并发症。
