摘要：预防接种是目前最为有效、安全、经济的公共卫生干预措施之一，在适龄儿童中开展疫苗接种，可建立牢固的免疫屏障，防止传染病的发生。但是，目前预防接种仍存在如接种现场选择不当、接种人员操作行为不当、注射器材质量存在问题或使用不当等问题，严重危害人们的健康。因此要加强社区医务人员培训，提高人员素质，加强操作规范的法制化管理，提高预防接种的安全性确保公众健康。
