摘要：目的：通过了解急性腹痛分诊正确性因素的分析，探讨提高分诊正确率及护理措施，总结分诊经验。方法：回顾性分析我院急诊科2013年1月至2013年6月的2486例急腹症患者的相关资料，经过分诊及护理后，统计分诊准确率。结果：2389例患者得到正确的分诊，准确率为96.09%。结论：通过规范化的急诊预检分诊制度与管理的培训，熟练掌握分诊技巧，可使急腹症患者得到准确、快捷的诊断，避免了误诊造成的医疗事故的发生，从而提高抢救成功率。
