摘要：目的：探讨护理安全管理在眼科护理工作中的应用?方法：对2年来发生的53例护理差错进行回顾性分析?结果：工作第l～3年的护士发生差错率高达60%?结论：管理者转变观念，制定护理安全防范对策，人性化管理，科学合理使用人力资源，进一步提高了护理质量?
