社区基层医务人员心理健康状况调查

     摘要：目的了解社区基层医务人员的心理健康状况?方法随机抽取我市社区门诊的医务人员共100名，使用“临床症状自评测量量表”(SCL-90)，对其进行了问卷调查?结果社区基层医务人员的心理健康状况欠佳，9个因子分除躯体化因子外均显著高于常模?结论社区基层医务人员的心理健康状况堪忧，值得有关部门的关注?
