六味地黄汤治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病的临床观察

    摘要目的：探讨六味地黄汤治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：将120例老年2型糖尿病肾病患者随机等分为对照组和治疗组。对照组予以常规西医治疗， 治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用六味地黄汤。两组均治疗3个疗程后统计临床综合疗效， 并观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAE)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果：治疗组患者临床综合疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论：六味地黄汤治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病患者临床疗效确切。

    Clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction treatment elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy

    AbstractObjective:To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy patients randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,while the treatment group on the basis of control group therapy plus soup of Liuwei Dihuang flavour glutinous rehmannia.To observe the clinical treatment effect after 3 course,and to observe TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose (FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc),24 h urinary albumin excretion (UAE),endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)of the two groups before and after treatment .Results:The treatment group patients clinical comprehensive curative effect was better than that of control group (P0.05) between two groups.Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang decoction treatment clinical curative effect of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. ......
