伤口专科护士对胃癌合并糖尿病患者手术切口的护理干预

    摘要目的：探讨伤口专科护士对胃癌合并糖尿病患者切口护理干预效果。方法：对56例胃癌合并糖尿病患者采用伤口专科护士参与管理的方式进行护理。评价患者术后切口感染率和平均住院日。结果：患者术后切口感染率5.36%，平均住院时间(9.03±3.80)d。 结论：伤口专科护士的护理干预，可降低胃癌合并糖尿病患者的切口感染率，缩短平均住院日，促进患者康复。

    Nursing intervention of incision specialist nurse on with surgical incisions of diabetic patients with gastric carcinoma

    AbstractObjective：To discuss the effect of enterostomal therapists′ intervention with surgical incisions of diabetic patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods:56 patients with diabetic complication gastric carcinoma cared with wound specialist nurse.To evaluate infection rate of patients′ postoperative incisions and their average length of stay.Results:The infection rate of postoperative incisions was 5.36%,and average inhospital time was(9.03±3.80) days.Conclusion：With the nursing of wound specialist nurse,the infection rate of incisions of diabetic patients with gastric carcinoma is effectively decreased,reduced the average length of stay and promote the rehabilitation of patients. ......
